What does Athletic Edge do?
Athletic Edge is a personal training business located in Brisbane. We specialise in helping our clients stay fit and healthy with training programs tailored to your budget, your work and your family.
What areas do you cover?
We have a fully equipped indoor studio in North Brisbane and we also conduct training sessions around the North Brisbane and Brisbane City areas.
What kind of programs or options do you offer?

Do you offer group training or only individual training?
Yes. We offer individual, small group training (3-5 people) and larger group training (6-10 people).
With individual personal training, each session is personalised to your specific needs. You also benefit from specicic goal setting sessions.
Group training is a little less flexible because session times and venues are set and may vary according to availability and demand.
What are your fees?
We offer a range of options depending on the type of training you want to do and your group size.

Includes personalised goal setting, exercise and nutrition programs for each participant.

What qualifications do you hold?
The principal of Athletic Edge is Alison Jones. Alison has been a personal trainer since 1996, and she holds a number of qualifications including:
- Diploma of Health Science (Nursing)
- Level 4 Master Trainer
- Level 1 Triathlon Coaching
- Year 1 Bachelor of Sport Studies (Coaching)
She is completing a post graduate degree in science (exercise) at UQ
Can you help me find the training equipment I need?
Yes, if you require any equipment we can help you source what you need.
Can you train me at my gym?
Depending on your gym's policy regarding outside personal trainers, we can train you at your gym. Or you can choose to train outdoors (i.e. at a local park) or at our fully equipped studio in Brisbane's North.
